Your Ontario description left out a couple of things...hard clay, granite slabs, a cold OV, and catchin walleye by the lips!

do they still brew OV?

I haven't seen Old Vienna lager beer (OV) in years. I don't know if they actually still brew the stuff. They do still brew Red Cap though - different company, and now it has a cooler imager around it - Brick started bottling it in "stubbies" and everyone knows beer tastes better in stubbies.
