stormy weather
Suddenly it's cold and windy with just enough rain so you know it's there. I was out in the park with Memphis and her buddies, and we were unprepared for the chill in the air and the persistence of the wind. I looked up and saw a plane heading north to the airport through rain and clouds, and another, and another. We hardly ever see planes flying in north.
Memphis loves the cooler weather. She feels good and frisky and she wants to run and play and wrestle and even chase a ball or two. The owners of the short-haired dogs are talking about clothing for their dogs. Don't they already have a fur coat, I ask? Memphis is made for the cold.

I wouldn't be surprised if we have snow overnight. It's not even 5C out right now. If not here, there will be snow on the mountains around us.
People with short-haired dogs like the frou-frou, I think, and therefore like little outfits for their doggies!
Batty loves the cooler weather as well. (as do I) Our walks are longer and I'm not as crabby.
Wow, Dennerlein really rocked the 80's. I love how the camera operator lovingly crawls up her legs!
I now have an image of you out there walking with Memphis and mocking the small dog owners with their little coats on, and I'm laughing so hard. I can see you saying "Don't they already have coats" and I can't stop laughing !
(thats like me when I order a beer and the server asks "do you want a glass for that?" and I say "no thanks, it already comes in a glass")
