Update on broken reed
My button box was ready for me to pick up after work today, reed replaced. It sounds great, plus they did a very nice job replacing the bellows tape along the back of the box. Next time I have it in the shop, I'm going to replace the top and front bellows tapes too. There is also some wear on the black paint along the back near the bellows, and one of these days I'll get around to touching it up.

I'm staying off my feet until my heel gets a little better....the plan right now is to work on a recording so I can have a CD to sell when busking.
Yeah...and that sounds terrific! Glad you are resting your foot.

I missed the heel problem, I hope it gets better soon.
