House motion passes supporting Kyoto
This was clearly designed to embarrass the Conservatives, and they could use the embarrassment, particularly after those tacky television commercials they have been running lately.
Clearly it is a challenge to reduce the crud we spew into the atmosphere, and it is a given that positive efforts may be offset by no effort at all elsewhere, but you have to start somewhere with some targets.

I'm not pleased with all the negative attack ads the Cons are running on TV these days. They tick me off and do not make me want to vote for them.
