Is it one of Buckminster Fuller's dymaxion houses? I saw one at the Henry Ford Museum.

Shame you can't see the interior...that would be interesting.
It's a beauty :-) Sadly, no basement, so I won't be bidding.
There is one like (or similar) to this on the beach - it has a reputation in the area . . . . being up on poles keeps it from being flooded unless its a really BIG surge........
