The Illusionist

We finally got around to watching this film. When it came out there was another movie in the theatres that was also a historical magic-related mystery kind of movie. I don't remember the name of that one, but I think it was a little better than this one. This one starred Ed Norton and Paul Giamatti and Jessica Biel and was directed by Neil Burger. I thought is was a decent film, although I had a bit of trouble buying into the Ed Norton character, and I was able to predict the plot a little too easily. On the 5 fish anchovy scale, I rate this one 3 salties less the tails.
