Scare Tactics
The papers are full of City Hall scare tactics. They can't have their tax hikes, so now there is talk of shutting down the Shepherd subway line - big TTC cuts. Big cuts everywhere.
Breathe deeply. Calm Blue Ocean Calm Blue Ocean Calm Blue Ocean.

Now see, they should actually consider shutting down the Allen expressway and Black Creek situations...and encourage peopel to take the ttc in order to dispense with ttc struggles with more patrons.
I am not as hard on Miller as you...simply because he isn't even a third as bad as the two decades of mayors before him...
I saw this on the CBC on Friday. It's ridiculous in this day and age to make transit cuts like that! And didn't the feds promise all kinds of money to cities to improve transit?
