Liked the Taj Mahal one best - I'm sooooooooooo excited - my daughter is buying me a "Zune" for Mother's Day! I will be able to download 7,500 songs! You bet I'll be visiting your blog for all the wonderful musicians you have introduced me too. I can't wait, soooooooooo excited! I've also discovered "Gallo" music - that's something to go with African food!
Have you guys tried any of those African recipes yet?
