His name is Francisco Fernandes.

And Vira do Chico. A Vira is like a very fast waltz where the dancers move in circles. Here's another vira. He plays the piano accordion too. This one's a corridinho. By the way, corridinho is like a race.
He gets off to a shaky start playing the chromatic button accordion, but picks up the pace nicely.

I was fascinated by watching this guy's fingers move - sometimes like a blur!

He's a really fast player, isn't he...
Fascinating stuff, you can see the similarity between this and some Brazilian music.
