Pierogi Saturday Night
Yes it's true....me and Tuffy P plan to make a big batch of pierogi Saturday night....some to eat, some for friends, some to freeze for Christmas. Any other pierogi hounds out there? Never had one? Shame on you.....learn about pierogi here.

My mom is making the family supply for Xmas. I love them, but they have to be homemade. The commercial varieties are really bad.
Sounds like it would be a great Christmas Tradition to begin.......and great little snacks to keep on hand........and pretty good in the little boy's lunch box..........and.....
I think the problem with the commercial ones is that there is no delicacy about them, and for sure no love.
