Brief, but funny post. Your reference to the "7 Words..." makes me wonder what George's last words were.
I just heard this and I am so sad. Even I am surprised I have tears ...I think it is especially sad when a comedian dies. I think the peopel who dedicate their work to making people laugh are like shaman. Poor Stagg, he must be hearing this at work and I know he is going to be inconsolable. (btw, he's working on some movie reviews for here)
I really enjoyed Carlin's take on language, words and euphemisms. I loved the bit about shell-shocked becoming battle fatigue becoming post-traumatic stress disorder.
PS Hey Stagg, bring on those reviews!
