Yes, this is an actual postcard. I don't remember where I got it, but I've had it for a while. I've blacked out the name of the individual who wrote it.
The questions: 1. Who wrote or said this? 2. Where is or was he or she from? 3. Where is the second stop? 4. What record label is this person associated with 5. What did this individual call his or her race? 6. Finally, give me 5 band names associated with this individual.
The rules... If your name is VOX, you're ineligible for this one (well, OK, if nobody else gets it, VOX is allowed to answer)...contest is over Friday evening at 6:00 p.m....best answer wins....judges decision is final (that's me)....

Malcolm, I would have said splendid guess, but I think you should take note of the date on the postcard. As Jimi would say, "I don't live today."

Based on the date of the postcard, I was going to say Eric Clapton. Howerver, question #5 steered me towards Jimi and I forgot all about the date of the postcard.
