Zoltan's mom's awesome Hungarian Biscuits
That's a pound of unsalted butter, and 2 bricks of cream cheese....and 3 cups of flour, not 13 cups!!....the secret is to roll them the thickness of your finger.....if you have big fingers, you get big biscuits.......cut with a shot glass dipped in flour to cut the biscuits....when you're done, pour a shot of scotch into the shot glass - chef's privilage.....
