THE CHURCH POTLUCK: BISCUITS AND GRAVY
I've never made biscuits and gravy, but when I go on fly fishing roadtrips to the mountain west, I make a point of trying it in various different towns across America. I've never seen it in a Canadian restaurant. Maybe it's illegal up here....

That reminds me of my days as a waiter when Americans would order buscuits and gravy and I had no idea what they were talking about.
As I recall, I enjoyed some particularly excellent biscuits and gravy in Brainard, Minnisota, and also in Bozeman Montana.
