MR. A's TRIP
Was thinking about mister anchovy and wondering how his canoe trip was going. Decided to check on the weather. Looks like first part of the week was damp and chilly. Sunny and pleasant Yesterday and today. Light rain tonight. Partly sunny tomorrow. Rain Friday. Looks like his backyard is gonna be full of wet camping gear set out to dry!
My limited experience trout fishing has always been that overcast and drizzle were conducive to good fishing. At least, for Rainbow's. Hopefully, for Brookies as well. Here's hoping! This looks like such a great trip. Hopefully I'll make it sometime!

It always rains when I camp, so much so that there are legions of people who refuse to take me on camping trips. And so, I have almost given it up, 'cause I hate dealing with the wet gear.
I'm sooooo glad that we opted out of camping this long weekend!!! It's been raining all week and now it's getting colder.
actually, we only had one afternoon of rain, with a couple overcast days, some fog, and one extremely hot day (that naturally occurred at the same time as the longest portage!....
