CTV bumps 'Corner Gas' for 'American Idol'

OK, I'm not much of a TV watcher (except maybe for Jeopardy), but I do often support the underdog. Something is wrong with this picture. The wheel is in spin. Surely all the milage has been completely sapped out of American Idol by now. At least Corner Gas is set in a cool place like Dog River Sask. American Idol operates on the premise that music is about product. That stinks. Time for a TV uprising.
