Do you get a flu shot?

Here in the Toronto area, an unpublished study has been all over the news, suggesting that those who received the seasonal flu shot last year are at significantly higher risk of getting the swine flu this year. I've never had a flu shot. Does that make me more or less at risk?

Regardless of whether or not this study is valid, what hits home is that there is so much we don't know.

I've never had a flu shot and I've never had the flu. I have no plans on getting vaccinated whatsoever.

In addition to Candy's suggestion, I'll add this: HAND WASHING!!!!

I've never had a flu shot either. I traditionally take zinc to boost my immunce, but this year I'm planning on getting an immune booster from my naturopathic doctor. It's a homeopathic treatment to get me through flu season. Obviously she doesn't recommend the flu shot because of the uncertainty of its effects.
