We picked a variety of edible mushrooms today, including chanterelles, lobsters, hedgehogs and boletes. The lobsters are going to be sauteed with perogies, and the others will be lightly sauteed then used for wild mushroom pizza.
That is so cool, Mr. A. They all have great colour. I've never heard of a lobster mushroom before!Did you see my basement fungus post? Nice...Sorta.
