Where oh where will the power plant go?

our potential sites have been made public for a $1 billion natural-gas-fired power plant proposed for the western GTA.

The potential sites are all around the Mississauga-Oakville border, and of course, nobody wants the plant in their back yard. What's the best way to decide?
