birds
Over the past week or two, I've noticed more and more birds around the house. This morning, when I walked out the door, I was greeted by a symphony of bird-song. Delightful. Spring is in the air.

Hmph. We have no birds here.
It's a welcome sign isn't it? I always love when I see the first robin. I've seen many here for the last few weeks despite the recurring bouts of snow that keeps blowing through from time to time.
I fear it will snow before spring really arrives. I have noticed during the past two-three winters that some robins have wintered here. These must be the crazy robins in the lot. That is just plain wrong.
