Squeezebox Travelogue

Accordion videos? How could I forget?

Here's one that features one squeezebox and a lot of violins. Feels better already, doesn't it? One of the things I like best about squeezebox music is that you can travel around the world and listen to so many different musical traditions. Some are similar; others less so. We can go to Finland for a Polka, perhaps to Spain for a paso doble, and staying in 2/4 time, down to Louisiana for a Cajun Two-Step.

We can trip on over to Basqueland and hear some Trikitixa, then hop over to Portugal to hear a Vira or perhaps a Corridinho. Or back across the sea to America and beautiful Texas to hear the music of the borderlands, Conjunto, Norteno, Tex-Mex, and more polkas...and we've hardly scratched the surface.
