City seeks $64k from fire victims

Unbelievable. The city has billed Dukes Cycle for demolition of their building which burned down in the recent Queen St. fire. The Dukes have run their business - and paid taxes for 100 years. They didn't start the fire. It didn't even start in their building. It's bad enough their business burned down. They shouldn't have to pay this bill.
