Wonder if it'll be filled in again? They dig holes over here, leave 'em a while 'n fill 'em in again. Never actually seen 'em do owt other than that. Odd.
This construction apparently has to do with improvements to a rapid transit train line, but what we see are big holes with huge pipes. The road in here has been closed for much of the summer.
