This is in Toronto, north and west of downtown, within a half hour walk of our house. The funky paintjob is on a jerk place down the street. The place has been there for a long time, but the paintjob is new. The bottom picture depicts the flea market up the street from the jerk joint. Outside, they have a produce market and inside people have booths selling all kinds of stuff. The construction is where Old Weston Road turns at the tracks to become Junction Road. It is an odd part of the city with a mix of industrial and residential use. When the road is open, it is also a good way to go south from our place, avoiding busier intersections.
