White Moose (Not ALBINO) in Foleyet Ontario

I went looking for this info after reading a column in the Toronto Star this weekend. Strangely, there are no special restrictions on hunting from this heard of rare white moose. I've seen many moose in the wild but never white ones.

Speaking of moose, two separate Ontario Provincial Police cruisers have crashed into moose on the highway in the past week, one in dense fog. I always worry about moose when I drive in Northern Ontario, particularly in the morning, when I have seen them beside the highway on a number of occasions.
