We're going to a Bonnie Stern cooking class tomorrow evening. Click the link to see the menu. She's been to one of these before and had a great time. I'm looking forward to it. Meanwhile, we've been eating cherry tomatos from the garden, and today I picked two cucumbers. some of the chilis are getting up to full size too. The tomato plants are nuts....I grew them in tomato cages but they are so big now, that yesterday they started to fall over and I had to stake them up.

Maybe you could come over and stake up my tomato plants. I am a lazy gardener.
well, I have trouble enough with my own garden....but if you're in the hood, drop over in august for some roasted tomato salad with homegrown cucumbers and bocconcini....
The cooking class was fun. We sampled all evening, and learned several recipes. I was happy to have found out about smoked paprika. I had never heard of it before.
