Ryan Lowe's Blog: Bell Mobility Billing Problems Update

I have been battling with Bell Mobility for 7 months, facing off against mind-bending indifference to customer satisfaction. So, I did a little Google search on Bell problems and lo and behold, I am not the only one. Today, I declare victory. After two letters to the President of the company, and innumerable emails and calls to their so called customer service reps, I received a cheque in the mail today - a refund they should have given me in July.
