Baked Sea Bass, Portuguese Style Recipe

Company coming tonight. Yesterday, I went shopping in Kensington and bought some very nice sea bass, and a variety of mushrooms....I'm thinking I'll bake the sea bass with a mushroom wine sauce (maybe with an anchovy or two thrown in to give it a little umph). Mrs. Anchovy is making soup and an apple crumble. yum.

I spent most of yesterday cleaning and reorganizing my studio, getting ready to do a group of large-scale paintings on paper. I found a lot of stuff I had been looking for tucked away into corners of the studio. I have some Stonehenge paper in six foot lengths - can't wait to get started.
