don't call a plumber, call Frank

...so we call a 24 hour plumber, who shows up, takes a look at the problem, and says, well I can fix it tomorrow, but it's a three person all day job....$1200....well, thank you we'll think about it, and we call Frank from up the street...you know we don't want to take advantage of the good graces of our neighbour, but we thought maybe he can give us an informed opinion....Frank comes over, takes a look, bing, bang, boom....an hour later we're back in business, all fixed up. What a great guy!!
