Went to see 'Ray' tonight

Ray is a very good film. As biographies go, it is very believable and really well acted - and the music is terrific. Some well placed editing would have improved this movie, though. They were trying to cover a lot, and even so, dismissed 40 years of the guys live with 30 seconds near the end. It might have been more effective to focus on an even smaller snippit of his life - a year, or two or five years..... that said, this one is well worth watching on the big screen.
