Man uses faux sheriff's car to slow down drivers

I found this on Attu Sees All. Fake smokeys. What's the world coming to? I was stopped by a smokey in Nevada this summer, just outside of Jackpot, Nevada, on my way to Ketchum, Idaho from Joe Smiell's Button Box Camp up in the Sierras. I saw the damn sign and I was slowing down.....but not slowing down nearly quick enough, it seems. Buddy claimed I was still going 55 in the 35 zone. No freakin way. I may have been going 45 and slowing down, but not 55. However, I didn't want to be thrown in the can in beautiful Jackpot Nevada, so I thanked the officer for the ticket (187 americanos), and he wished me a safe trip. There is nothing good in Jackpot, Nevada.
