I was looking through our photo library tonight and discovered this recent shot Tuffy P took of Jerry. Most of you know already that Jerry is the best cat you'll ever meet. He came to us several years ago as a stray, hungry, tired of the streets, looking to settle out. He has FIV, a skin problem, very few teeth, and a heart murmur. Jerry is a cat of exceptional character.
I love the way Tuffy worked this shot, with the dark background, rainbow blanket, and Jerry above the horizon.
His picture just came up on my screen saver and I thought 'what a great cat!' too!

ReplyDeleteOne of the strays that adopted us is FIV. He also has a tooth at a very odd angle making appear almost vampirish.
My daughter calls him the oil slick but I reckon he's well handsome.
His eyes are hilarious
ReplyDeleteWorthy cat, Jerry is. He sure looks healthy despite his list of ailments. He looks very content...and very wise - perhaps it's that slant in his eyes.
