He just made you feel good to watch him cook!<BR/><BR/>While my mom taught me to like to cook, it was watching Jeff Smith (The Frugal Gormet), Martin Yan (Yan Can Cook), and Pasquale where I learned the techniques of cooking. Unlike Julia, Martha, and the dozens of other snooty, High brow cooks and chefs on TV, these guys actually made it look easy and fun.
